B.C.Richのボディスタイルの多くは、エッジ部にベベル（斜め）加工を採り入れています。ギターのトップ上でのベベル加工を施すことは、石切りの際の面取りに似ていると言えます。ベベル加工のギターはライトを浴びると、3次元以上に様々な角度に反射します。ベベル加工の面積はいくつかのモデルはかなり広く取っており、また一方で大変繊細に幅を狭くしてあるモデルもあります。また、ボディーと対比した色で仕上げてルックスにアクセントを付ける場合もあります。
